 1.50 oz Azuñia Blanco Organic Tequila
 0.50 oz Fino Sherry
 0.50 oz Bols Créme de Cassis
 0.50 oz Honey Syrup
 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
 2 Slices of Red Bell Pepper, muddled

Muddle red pepper.

Combine all ingredients to shaking tin, add ice.

Shake well for 10 seconds.

Strain into glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
