Raspacito

The Raspacito is a chipotle tequila drink inspired by our friends at Cutino Sauce Company. The World’s Best Reposado is layered with Ruby Port, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice. Fresh raspberries are muddled to soften the tartness and enhance the sweetness. A spoon of smoky Cutino Chipotle hot sauce, egg white, and a garnish of nutmeg and star anise tops off off this multi-layered chipotle tequila drink.

 0.50 oz Ruby Port
 0.50 oz Simple Syrup
 3 Muddled Raspberries
 0.50 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
 0.50 oz Egg White
 ½ Barspoon Chipotle
 Fresh Grated Nutmeg and Star Anise for garnish.

Dry shake in a shaker tin.

Add ice to tin.

Shake for 10-12 seconds.

Double strain into Coupe glass.
