 1 oz Azuñia Blanco Organic Tequila
 0.50 oz lime juice
 0.25 oz St. Germain
 0.50 oz Aperativo Select
 A splash of sparkling wine

Add lime juice, tequila, St. Germain and Aperativo Select into shaker tin.
